DELIVERY

Please note:

Valentines and Mothers Day, delivery TIMES are NOT guaranteed.​

​

Please provide a contact name & telephone number for the recipient and working hours if going to work address.

​

I do provide same day deliveries - These need to by booked in before 12:00 on the day  (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) 

Saturday- before 10am

I would however require you to order at least 1 day prior to the required delivery date.

Delivery Days

We deliver flowers from 8am to 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, ( The shop is closed Wednesday's and Sunday's)

 If the recipient is not in we will try to leave the delivery with a neighbour if possible and a "while you were out" card will be left at the recipients address. 

Extra Opening hours will be available for Christmas, Valentines and Mothers Day which will be stated on the website 2 weeks prior to the events.

Delivery Charges

​

  • Delivery charge; STANDARD DELIVERY: £4.50

  • Store collection: FREE

  • There will be  extra delivery charges around busy periods (Valentines and Mothers Day and Christmas)

​

Local orders for delivery i.e. Ponteland,, Darras Hall, Woolsington, Dinnington, Kingston Park, Kenton, Cowgate Blakelaw, Gosforth, Jesmond, Morpeth, Newcastle, Gateshead and surrounding areas.

A  delivery charge of £6.00 will be applied outside the 10 mile radius.

Should you require your order to be a specified AM or PM delivery then please enter the details on the checkout page or by contacting us by the details on our website- I can't always honour them, so please make sure you double check with me before you order.

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems

or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included

  1. The full address details, including accurate postcode, telephone number and name of the intended recipient

  2. Your daytime contact telephone number &

  3. E-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered

​

In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as airports, hotels and ships, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient

​

 In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form.

Special Notice:

Due to  changes in Hospital policy they will no longer accept flower deliveries, this includes general wards and maternity units.

​

Our delivery service is only available in Newcastle/Gateshead/Northumberland

UK and surrounding areas.

​
